WELCOME NEW AND RETURNING RUNNERS!

Summer training begins on Monday, June 5th at 7am at the Plano West Track. Practices will be held 6 days a week Monday-Saturday.

TRAINING REQUIREMENTS

  • Be on time (Being late = bonus workouts)

  • Running Attire- Shorts and t-shirt

  • Good pair of running shoes (Fleet Feet in Plano is one of our team sponsors)

  • Watch with GPS capabilities- Preferably a Garmin. We have exclusive discounts from Garmin. Shop them Here.

  • Water bottle (hydration and nutrition are so important to athletes, especially runners)
